The design is defined by clean geometry, floor-to-ceiling glass, and an open plan that frames the surrounding hillside on all sides. Materials include dark charcoal surfaces, warm wood, and locally sourced Rwandan stone; a palette that anchors the building to its site.
Interiors are minimal and high-ceilinged, with rooms that flow into shared spaces. Every window functions as a viewport to the rolling green terrain and shifting light of the Kigali sky. The detailing throughout is restrained but precise the kind of project where the architecture does the talking.
